Who this role is for

  • You've owned Salesforce admin and business-analysis work end to end: discovery, solution design, build, testing, rollout, and iteration.
  • You're comfortable navigating complexity (multiple teams, apps, and competing priorities) and bring structure without slowing things down.
  • You care about maintainability: you don't just make it work, you improve how it works over time.
  • You're a strong communicator who can align stakeholders, write clear documentation, and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform impact analysis on new requests: identify downstream effects on automation, security, the data model, and integrations.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce using best-practice patterns (Flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets).
  • Support platform health by monitoring errors, investigating incidents, and coordinating fixes.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation across the data model, key objects, user personas, and core processes.
  • Improve data integrity through validation strategies, deduplication, and practical governance.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem in an admin / consultant / BA role with hands-on delivery responsibility.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills: security model, Flows, data management, and configuration best practices.
  • Experience translating requirements into build-ready user stories and validating outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues using logs, error emails, and structured investigation.

Nice to have: Salesforce certifications, experience with DevOps/release tooling (Copado, Gearset), exposure to Apex, and familiarity with real estate operations workflows.
